No, I do not think that there is any relationship.
Let me try explaining better.
I saw some traces of a crash in your logs, and my idea was, that your problem
might be caused by a crash of one of the WLAN programs.
Your latest output shows that the crash was somewhere in the graphics part, and
thus it does not explain the WLAN problems.
A completely different idea:
Can you try creating an installer for Ubuntu 20.04 (either on DVD or on a
bootable USB-stick), and boot it in the "Try Ubuntu without installing" mode,
and test whether WLAN works in that mode?
