Alexandre confirmed that the question is solved:
i installed the apt with mysql-apt-config_0.8.32-1_all.deb
i just did this :
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/mysql.list
sudo apt purge mysql-*
sudo apt autoremove
sudo apt autoclean
sudo apt update -y
and then with only repo without conflict :" sudo apt install mysql-
server-8.0"
