Manfred Hampl requested more information: I assume that your problem is related to the upgrade from kde5 to kde6 during the release upgrade from oracular to plucky. I do not know why the upgrade process has failed to solve this during the release upgrade on your system. Uninstalling all remaining kde5 packages should help.
