We are rerouting around aiki problems for the most part right now. But, we would really love some help here anytime bassel and others can get online...
Ok, the two suckiest parts that we are running into in aiki are: 1.) forms * they just need to be rewritten...would love some help and/or guidance on... * We had lots of bugs and little turds around it, but lets face it, they suck! They need rewrite, as bassel has said before! * https://blueprints.launchpad.net/aikiframework/+spec/rewrite-aiki-forms 2.) uploads * they just are not reliable. breaking on scale, yumumu and many other instances we are working on. * if its server config, then what are/is reliable apache configs that work with file upload? * OCAL seems to work ok, but we are using aiki's plupload with > 1 mb uploads of bitmap and pdfs. Its just NOT working as advertised. * Ok, there is a problem: https://bugs.launchpad.net/aikiframework/+bug/701171 We are all getting super frustrated with the inconsistency in supporting these. These are all filed. But what needs the most help, by a long shot. I'm busy with admin stuff, but will start shifting into aiki hacking mode this weekend. Would love some help from all interested parties! Aiki 1.0 for LGM is starting to look doubtful, especially with little help :( However, time to stop complaining and do something about these big troubles. Would love help, nothing speaks like commits!
