In diving into this we are going to have to prepare ourselves for
breakages in existing sites that want to update to Aiki 0.9 or beyond.

This includes but is not limited to:

1) How forms are styled
2) How forms are specified
3) Where site extensions are stored
4) Changes in Aiki markup

etc.
