So basically, when a file is deleted in aiki, it is NOT deleted. Need to
make sure there is a function for hiding (and moving to a location
behind the webroot) and that delete actually deletes the file. If
problem, should email admins.
Also, maybe a good idea to store files outside of file root anyway and
use the php passthru function so that access goes through php to the
file.
