Quite simply, we need this:

1.) analyze membership we currently have, as in
user/groups/permissions, and the defaults

2.) map on how we can support standard unix users and groups, as well
as have simple types of roles like wordpress has, so we can apply
roles to these users and groups (as in, "can edit this site", or "can
be root user")

3.) understand how we can upgrade past installations

4.) make changes

5.) update defaults

6.) roll-out....

Roger, can you come to Poland next week sept 14-18? We have an
apartment, you can stay with us and work directly on aiki with
christopher, bassel, and myself.

We will be in Berlin from the 19-22, which would be another
opportunity to work on this.
