form output for datetime has a mistake in the HTML

Bug description:
What is the purpose of this code?
Why does it have an extra '</h2>'? What is the output supposed to look
like?
If it a part of the form, why is there no input tag?
case "datetime":
$form .= ("<h2>$intwalker[1]</h2>$intwalker[0]</h2>");
break;
