Hi folks!

In brief:
Aiki widet can be translated using two new markup:
- widget develop in english: (__(term to translate)__)
- widget develop in other language * (t(term to translate)t).
* this language is site->widget_language.

Other changes:
- dictionaries are loaded by library site.php
- some corrections.

Why two markup?
Because there are two types of widget by origin: shipped with aiki, that
are developed in English, and those that are added by web-master. Remember,
that i can develop my aiki web site in Basque for example, and translate it
to Spanish and English.

The first is __ (near than suggested by Jakub) because in code (libraries,
extension, etc), developers must use __( ) function, so is easy that in
widget, markup have two __. The markup (t( )t) is easy to use, and
different to __.

Other notes:
- You can mixed the two markup in the same widget.
- @todo, domains for aiki shipped widget, or for apps. Now all terms are
stored in the same table, but in future, apps will have their own
dictionary.
- (for programmers only)..see preg_replace_callback. awesome!
