Title: Aiki have wrong default db_encoding Status in Aiki Framework: Confirmed Bug description: utf8 is wrong encoding in mysql, it should be utf-8. Encoding is changed in mysql.php file only if $config["db_use_mysql_set_charset"] is set to true. html encoding is utf8 so they should be different config variable for html encoding.
