The only argument of the function should be the URL where the above reset code is. Otherwise every site developer will have to create this form by hand. Another (perhaps better) option would be for ResetPassword function to output the blank form with username and password fields if it does not detect values for these arguments being posted. That way the same page/widget can be used for drawing the form and for showing the instructions after the form is submitted.
