I think this will be fixed when there is the concept of sites. Its
screwy anyway that css would interface with the admin widgets.

Misplaced license text in login dialog

Bug description:
In Chrome on Ubuntu the text "Aiki Framework is licensed under the GNU
AGPL 3.0." and AGPL button is in the wrong place. I attach image. And
also text on button should bit higher.
