Hi all, I made a simple plugin that allows for a quick override of the
favicon in the aiki installation.

Right now you have to do this to get a plugin to work:

1. check it out and put into AIKIROOT/assets/plugins
2. point your browser to http://YOURSITE/setup_plugin.php

Right now either the setup_plugin.php or the aiki plugin code will not
read a subdirectory like AIKIROOT/assets/plugins/favicon/favicon.php,
so you have to put the favicon.php into the root of the folder like
AIKIROOT/assets/plugins/favicon.php

Roger, how can we fix this? Can you point out? The plugins work great,
but want to have more than one in the plugins folder that is managed
by git (because you need a folder path to have a git submodule, how we
are managing having external extensions, plugins, apps with
Fabricatorz, and is common practice.

Cheerz!
Jon
