Yes, I've only ever been able to create 1 form per table using the Aiki
admin panel. Anytime I've wanted another form attached to the table,
I've copied the form_array field from the first form, then inserted a
new row in the aiki_forms table, making sure the 'form_table' field has
the same name as the table where you want to attach the form.
I documented the process in the aiki forms 1 tutorial I authored on the
wiki:
