this is a good solution....allows aiki apps to not clash better. there
stillneeds to be a check to make sure the tablename doesn't exist too...

Bug description:
Right now to call up aikimarkup edit/delete/add you provide a sequentially
generated id number, such as 43, 64, etc.
If a developer needs to create a table on the aiki installation they cannot
easily create pre-made widgets to interact with their forms using aikimarkup.
Solution :
Allow developers to name forms, and allow aikimarkup to refer to either its id,
or form 'title' .
