Records cannot be deleted using Aiki Markup

Bug description:
when deleting a record using aiki markup within a widget, it simply takes a
user to the index page
and this gets put into the address bar:
http://www.sharism.org/index.php?language=&module=admin&operators=&op=del&do=del&pkey=::yes&extras=
Record is not deleted
