we should completely rename it and think about the logic of it...it is
totally in basselogic land and not intuitive for non-bassel people ;)

I think we should just allow <aiki if FOO then BAR aiki> as an
immediate solution.

But, longer term, we need that aikimarkup 2 revamp stat!

  aiki comparision operators wrong

Status in Aiki Framework:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Aiki should use standard operators for comparing values like == and !=

Right now, aiki uses an assignment operator for parsed php functions like:

<php if (!(0)!)=news then class='active' php>


I guess have to offer backwards compatibilty, but essentially, its broken. 
Aren't we programmers? Or is we hacks?
