Public bug reported:
Aiki shouldn't just outright refuse files saying "NOT VALID FILENAME." I
think better if just searching for weird characters to just remove the
weird characters and allow the upload, and say the new name and explain
weird characters removed. Then leave it up to the aiki dev. to do
something about this file if its not one one wants.
I'd be more concerned about what is inside the file than the filename...
