totally important
i think ideal would be we convert the bottom bar with submit into an
action bar with a dropdown of the revisions and a comment field for
making comment per save

I think we should essentially copy how wikipedia does this:

http://aikiframework.org/w/index.php?title=Improve_Your_AikiFu&action=edit

There concept of tracking changes per page is similar.

Title:
revision history not exposed if it really exists

Status in Aiki Framework:
  In Progress

Bug description:
So, even if we can turn revision history on on aiki, where and how is it
exposed? Or, is it not working. I'm calling bullshit!

We need this functional. Its totaly scary to hit save and basically everyone
has a notepad open to copy scary changes to as a backup before hitting save.
