I saw this bug again: I think this is what caused it:

Clicking the User's name turns the name into a textarea and displays a Save and Cancel button. If the Owner adds a story, the profile container will reload with the new story in the story list. After this, clicking to edit the Username displays the following problems: The textarea will contain the text: <textarea> Full Name There will be two copies of the Save and Cancel buttons. Reloading the page manually clears this error.
