I still don't see what is wrong with the current i18n makrup, PLEASE

support for i18n to allow L10n for the sites

Bug description:
Users create a site and put widgets that contain markers that point to
database with localization strings or localization widgets.
If there will be a widget/panel for adding localization string (or
widgets) it can be used by translators to translate entire site, with
0 tech knowledge. We can also write a tool using google api for
translation an then user will only fix grammar errors.
