To fix this:
Be sure to make a backup of needed databases.
* Past users is already imported
* Need to make sure all old font files are safely stored
Then gzip the entire /var/www/openfontlibrary.org/ folder and put it on
ice.
Delete the contents of /var/www/openfontlibrary.org/
Delete /var/www/testvm1.openfontlibrary.org/
But keep /var/www/testvm2.openfontlibrary.org/ as the development
branch.

clean up our OFLB setup on OSUOSL hosting server

Bug description:
The server has dead bodies all over the place. We need to clean them
up and make sure standard installation aiki is working, throw the
whole thing behind a git repo possibly, and make sure the site is
easily updatable.
