For now I just broke the list into two separate queries. The formatting
is the same for both. It would still remain to create a new style for
Full queries that puts them into a comma-separated list.

Title:
On the font details, orthographies with full support should be listed
  on the same line

Status in Open Font Library:
  In Progress

Bug description:
Each font on a font family page includes a Details widget with Glyph
coverage, which lists each supported orthography. Each orthography is
a separate list item with the orthography name, the support level
(full or partial) and percent coverage (if < 100%).

For fonts that support many orthographies, this layout can result in a
  long list of orthographies.

  To make it more compact:

Split the query for orthographies into two separate queries: one for
full support and one for partial support.

Under the Glyph Coverage heading, list the fully supported
orthographies on a single line as a comma-separated list.

Under a Partial Support heading, list the partially supported
orthographies one at a time along with the percent report.

There is no longer a need to repeat the words "Full" or "Partial"
  anywhere.

Currently the Glyph coverage for a font looks like this:

  Glyph Coverage
  Western European: Partial – 96%
  Basic Latin: Full
  Euro: Full
  Central European: Partial – 82%

Under the new scheme it should look like this:

  Glyph Coverage
  Basic Latin, Euro

  Partial Support
  Western European – 96%
  Central European: – 82%
