allow the Libary to have fonts with no contributor

Bug description:
The Library will contain many more open source fonts than those
contributed directly by signed-up members. These fonts will be added
by Librarians, but it does not make sense to associate them with a
particular user account.
To achieve this, allow font families to have no value for contributor
id. In this case, the font profile page will not have a link to a
contributor's profile.
When creating or editing a font, Librarians have the choice to set the
contributor to no value.
