I think good LLC task...should compare to mediawiki recentchanges and
what we have and see how we can make aiki have similar feature in admin
interface...actually, all sites should have access to by default.

revision history not exposed if it really exists

Bug description:
So, even if we can turn revision history on on aiki, where and how is
it exposed? Or, is it not working. I'm calling bullshit!
We need this functional. Its totaly scary to hit save and basically
everyone has a notepad open to copy scary changes to as a backup
before hitting save.
