Currently, spam comments are being rapidly submitted to ocal, oftentimes
submitted just seconds apart. A common tactic to keep spam artists at
bay involves limiting the amount of information they can post in a set
amount of time.
Neither OCAL nor Aiki sites, by default, have the ability to set flood
control options for form submissions. Implementing this feature is
vital to help maintain the standards and ensure quality of the
contributions to open sites.
