Bug description:
Christopher, you looked into before with oflb. Could you please take a
pass at this document and make sure we have an accurate picture of the
documentation here:
http://aikiframework.org/wiki/Revision_Control
Also, weaknesses and strengths want to address. I want to consider us
turning this on by default and/or making sure its exposed in the admin
interface as an option.
The other thought is so that we can have a recentchanges by default in
the admin interface.
