importing wordpress site documentation is not complete

Bug description:
http://aikiframework.org/wiki/Importing_Wordpress_Site needs to be
updated. Right now its not really very helpful...
Need a quick dump on how to take a wordpress site, and get aiki
reading it real quick.
getting this sorted is the path to converting our other sites to use
aiki!!!! fabricatorz.com and rejon.org are major ones!
