Public bug reported:

There should be an query parameter permission=<level> that will alow
SystemGODs to force specific permission. This is only for debuging
purpose.

When you create a site using widgets with permissions for SystemGODs,
ModuleGODs, normalUser, unlogged Users (and maybe others new ones) you
what to see how those pages look like without the need to logout and log
in with different users or use different browser.
