Create errors if the executable doesn't exist and one tries to use it
would be preferable.

Title:
third party software rsvg needed for image class

Status in Aiki Framework:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
not sure how to list this out, but in order to use the
rsvg_convert_svg_png public function in image.php, need to have rsvg
  installed on a server.

Also this is the same for the image_viewer.php in assets.

fosdevel, what is a good way to do this? I think this should not be a
requirement for aiki, but an enabled option.

It might even be worthy to make an extension for this svg.php and
  extend the image class.

  Thoughts?
