Create errors if the executable doesn't exist and one tries to use it would be preferable.

Also this is the same for the image_viewer.php in assets. fosdevel, what is a good way to do this? I think this should not be a requirement for aiki, but an enabled option. It might even be worthy to make an extension for this svg.php and extend the image class. Thoughts?
