Image should be remove from AIki, it's specific OCAL stuff. Someone may use this svg to png so it can be keep as extension.

Also this is the same for the image_viewer.php in assets. fosdevel, what is a good way to do this? I think this should not be a requirement for aiki, but an enabled option. It might even be worthy to make an extension for this svg.php and extend the image class. Thoughts?
