not every string in aiki is available for translation

Bug description:
All throughout aiki core, any bare string needs to be wrappe with
__('some string') and that includes the form labels...
Need a thorough scan through the database to clean this up...
For example on the pekin site, if
http://pekinfinearts.fabricatorz.com/add/news
If the labels were already wrapped in the right _() then they the
string in the label would be available for translation?
Or, is this a separate bug? Meaning, we need a way to translate form
labels?
Maybe this is two bugs...
