Yes, I can change in title to use name from $config not from aiki_sites, so it will be changable from Admin Panel but this config was braking aiki, so I need to check the code how this is handled. Whole site name thing is broken to me, for instance there is widget_site in aiki_widgets and it should be id reference from aiki_sites, site_shortcut in aiki_sites is probably link between aiki_widgets and aiki_sites. there're lots of this kind of small bugs in database. And also there are no references between tables.
Is $config work on multisite?
