Header widgets with * are displayed for widget with custom output

Bug description:
If you have widget with url set to "*" and set to render into header
and have other widget that have custom output and remove container the
widgets with "*" are displayed they need to be hiden IMO.
quick fix for the site is to set kill_url for widget that have "*",
but this should be fixed in Aiki.
