Bug description:
OCAL use [nsfw] custom constant and simply don't work with lastes
unforked aiki. Aiki should have a way to create this constants based
on extensions, it should be in $config (in database) so users can add
constants.
it should be simple mapping:
'nsfw' => '$aiki->Extension->nsfw()'
PS: I wanted to try using plugins to add this but plugins are added at
the end of the process and this variable need to be handled before sql
and inline widget (inherit).
