Implement Airavata Messenger to create a scalable, reliable and efficient Web
services-based message broker that sends Web services-based event notification
messages among heterogeneous applications, platforms for logging, auditing and
monitoring purposes. The service will be implemented as Axis2 Web Service
Framework and the messaging implements WS-Notification and WS-Eventing
specifications.
