keep the consistent in resources in modules of ws-messenger

In ws-messenger there are some resources files which kept on different
locations.
ex: messagebox resource folder is in ws-messenger/messagebox/resource
messagebroker resource folder is in
ws-messenger/messagebroker/src/main/resource
ex: messagebox resource folder doesn't have database_scripts directory and
simply keeps everything in resource folder
but other modules keeps sql scripts in database_scripts directory.
IMHO we should keep everything consistently and should not keep the same
configuration files in two location in the project unless it's required.
