SVN Reorganization

As discussed in the dev mailing list [1], svn should be reorganized to include
clients and samples. The change includes moving individual components into
modules, which will impact all eclipse and IDEA users. So I will leave this
issue open for a day for any further comments.

As needed and relavent, each of the major components will further have client,
distribution and samples along with src or submodules.
We will need to have a top level pom to build the entire project and each
module will also have a stand alone profiles if only the module of interest
needs to be build and distributed.
