Here in CommonRoutines.java at line:68, the date format is
""yyyy-MM-dd'TestNotificationHandler'HH:mm:ss.SSS");" which is wrong. The
correct date format is ""yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSS");". Please correct it in
the source code so that other people may not suffer through this problem.
