XBaya not prompting Myproxy dialog for secure workflow invocation

If there is a workflow with secure GFac services there is no option as of now
for XBaya to prompt the user a myproxy login dialog. Once the user press run on
the workflow, XBaya should prompt the myproxy dialog to the user if necessary.
