Improve GFac stdout handling to cover output types

Current gfac output handling in org.apache.airavata.core.gfac.utils.OutputUtils
does not cover all output types. Various outputs should be handled. Example,
arrays should allow a delimiter, strings should be handled by stripping quotes,
uri's should be handled by such that absolute and relate paths can be written
by applications.
