WorkflowInterpreter had some memory leak which can be seen when send requests
continuously upto 4000

When WorkflowInterpreter service is deployed on tomcat and send requests up to
4000 tomcat memory usage goes up to 1G which is not going down. So there can be
a potential memory leak, we need to fix this before go production.
