Hi All, As I am finding bits and pieces of time I am adding some GSoC tasks. Please chime in and add/modify to them. I know we have few folks on the Airavata list who have previously been GSoC students or mentors, you might have a better perspective of what level of details are scope of the tasks should be. So please jump in.
I am following the instructions and here is how I am adding the tasks: * Add issues to Airavata JIRA as new features * prefixing the issues with [GSoC] so we can search upon * Need to mandatory add two labels mentors, and gsoc2012 so the issues show up on - http://s.apache.org/gsoc2012tasks For all Airavata tasks, I am adding a "User community & Impact of the software" section because it is not obvious from website who is/or will use Airavata. Lets use this opportunity to diversify developer base, so please add your thoughts even though they are not well formed at this point. As we interact with students we can flush them out. But you should be able to take responsibility of mentoring that task and guide the students. Suresh On Mar 10, 2012, at 10:41 AM, Suresh Marru wrote: > Thats a good idea.
