We need to document how the myproxy credentials works in embedded mode.
Airavata deployer has to configure the myproxy data in to xbaya.properties. By
default the server will pick server side xbaya.properties configuration. But if
user send the myproxy credentials in the request, server side configuration
will be overwritten for that request.
