Sometimes the script does not propagate the error conditions to the
GFac layers. If the job/script exit with error code, those shall be
propagated back to Gfac. Other option is not writing the output files
if application has failed. In such cases GFac shall figure out
something is not right and report an error. If the system got an error
it will send a SendingFault notification. if you have seen the
notification and still the box is green, then it is a bug and easily
fixable one for that matter.

If you havent seen the Sending fault notification and the green did
not become red then you should figure out a way to pass the error
condition to GFac. If you can elaborate how "script has found that
execution has failed" Lahiru can help you fix this easily.
