I had seen Chris vote +1 on this list and presumed it was for the 0.3-incubating
RC3.
However, now that you brought this up, I notice Chris actually voted on the
earlier RC*2* version ...
I'm not sure which one Chris validated although the timing of his email might
presume it actually concerned the RC3 version.
At any rate, this confusion shows one of (multiple of) the problems I see when
re-spinning a same release version candidate. Build time / local maven
repository artifact conflicts and resolution being a potential other one.
I'd rather prefer that for a failed/canceled release candidate its version (tag)
to be considered used (and tained) instead of being recycled for a next RC.
Meaning, a new release candidate should preferably get a new version tag.
