All donation code is now only in trunk and fully vetted of IP during release
process. The done in donation area is removed as per discussion on dev mailing
list - http://markmail.org/message/mqu575etgtghms2x
The initial code donation is covered by SGA executed by the trustees of Indiana
University and on file with Apache Software Foundation.
