This is for my direct client opening for *FileNet .net programmer analyst (Systems Engineer) **Data stage Developer -* *Sacramento, CA* This is a *Long term Contract* position. The Hourly rate is *DOE*. *Project Description*: Client requires a consultant (Filenet and .net programmer analyst (Systems Engineer) to support the FRONT END interface for the FileNet document imaging system. The consultant shall have experience working and developing application frameworks, architecture and integration. -Evaluation Criteria: -Experience with & knowledge of FileNet systems and modules - 50% -Experience with .NET: 20% -Experience in all aspects of Implementing web applications - 15% -Experience in performing and documenting analysis and design for web apps - 10% -Experience faciliting, leading, writing & executing test plans, scripts & Checklists - 5% -Desirable that the Consultant have experience and skill with the tools, techniques, and methods listed below: -Programming experience with the FileNet Pantagon version and the following listed products -FileNet Content Services -FileNet Image Services -FileNet eProcess -FileNet eForms -IDM Desktop -Experience constructing Workflow diagrams in collaboration with users -Lead the interaction with users during Workflow construction -Implement Workflows using FileNet eProcess and eForms -Experience with enterprise deployments in business environments of 1,000-3,000 employees -Experience with formal systems implementation best practices, i.e. System Development Life -Cycle (SDLC), Unified Modeling Language (UML), etc. -Experience with records management -KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER EXPERIENCE IMPORTANT It is desirable that the Consultant have experience and skill with the products, tools, techniques, and methods listed below: .
