They want a BA with Derivatives Experience, who has done a lot of requirement gathering and writing. This person will be doing the grunt" work of the documentation. Job Description: * Works with the Derivative Front, Middle, and Back Offices, risk, and accounting areas to perform the following functions: * Identifies and develops business solutions appropriate to project objective (Interest Rate Futures) * . Communicates with vendors and business contacts * . Builds workflow of new product from inception to settlement, with knowledge of technology solutions in place * . Elicits, interprets and documents user and business requirements * . Formulates logical statements of business requirements, researches and evaluates alternative solutions, and recommends the most efficient and cost effective solution for system design. * . Responsible for turnover of business requirements to development organizations, mapping operational and technical and design documents. Gather user requirements and assist Derivatives team with various project definitions develop alternative solutions to business/system proposals and develop feasibility studies. * . Guides users in implementation of business process * . Assisting with testing coordination (UAT) and verifying test results to ensure business needs have been met, maintaining all project documentation as appropriate per users' IT processes. * Minimum Qualifications, Education and Certifications: * College Degree, Derivatives experience 2-5 years, Calypso experience 2-5 years, proven business analysis experience * What are the major outcomes/results for which this position is responsible? * Assigned to Interest Rate Futures project - use cases defining business requirements, UAT plans, test plans, workflows, training documentation. Vendor relationship management.
