Job Title   : Peoplesoft Programmer/ Analyst  Senior
Location  : Smithfield. RI
Duration  : 3+ Month Contract

The candidate should be strong functionally and if he/she has only being a
developer in the more current experiences they will not be considered for
this role.
Beyond looking for the words TAM/CG, it would be ideal if some details of
the experience were provided.

Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured:
Provide business analysis, quality assurance and consulting support for HR
business lines and/or other external client groups.
Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams to propose changes
to processes and systems to meet business needs. This includes the following
key areas:
Developing functional requirements that include problem definition,
situation analysis and process mapping.
Identifying solution alternatives and recommendations.
Test management planning and execution of testing cycles.
Work with the Support team to establish and monitor tasks and milestones.
Assist with facilitating communications and training needs in the use of HR
processes and systems.

*Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus.
Demonstrated functional/technical experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.0
required with strong background in Core HR, Self Service, Candidate
Gateway/TAM, etc. Understanding of the data structures within PeopleSoft a
plus.
Provide support across the RICEFW framework including Reports, Interfaces
and Workflow.
5-8 years experience with a combination of both HR information systems and
one or more HR functions.
Demonstrated experience with reporting tools such as SQL, Business Objects,
PeopleSoft query or other reporting tools.
Experience using a structured project management and systems development
methodology.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and an ability to communicate with all levels
within the organization.
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple
tasks.
Must be able to fit into a strong team based culture.*

Technical Knowledge:
*MS Office; MS Project. Business Analyst’ Oracle; SQL; Test Plans;  Test
Scripts, Windows XP*

People Management:
Provide technical support and coaching to team members
Strong command of English Language
